Los Ranchos (Bo Altagracia, Montoya, 3 blocks to the East, Managua) – traditional Nicaraguan meals are served here, such as Indio Viejo (beef stew), cazuela de frijoles (refried beans with sliced platanos and fried fresh cheese), grilled steak, pork and locally-caught white fish (guapote). The churrasco steak is another favorite here.
