Hacienda Iguana Golf and Beach Club (Playa Colorado) – opened in 2004, these two lots in the Hacienda Iguana Golf and Beach Club development, near Tola, are strategically placed along the 9-hole golf course with spectacular views of lakes, greens and fairways.
Located 2 ½ hours southeast of Managua, the highlight of the course is the spectacular 470-yard par-5 on the 5th hole. The blue tee box is located on the top of a steep hill more than 90 feet above the fairway.
